Forgotten your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgotten your password? and enter the email address on your account. We'll send you a link to choose a new password.
Deleting your account
In the app, open the Menu, then Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. You can also ask us to delete it by email: see Delete your account & data.
Reporting or blocking a player
Tap the player's name, for example in the Leaderboard, your Friends list, Find a player or Your games, to open their profile. Then tap Report or Block. You need to be signed in.
Players you've blocked are listed under Settings, then Account, then Blocked players.
Learning the rules
In the app's Menu, under Play, choose Learn to Play or Piece Movements. The rules are also on our website: Rules.
Notifications
Open the Menu, then Settings, then Notifications, and switch off any of Your move, Game events or Friends. You can also turn off all notifications for Petteia in your phone's settings.
