Refund Policy
Petteia — The Mother of Chess
1. The game is currently free
At present, Petteia is free to play and we do not charge for accounts or gameplay. If that is still true for you, there is nothing to refund.
2. If we introduce paid features
- Purchases through Google Play or the Apple App Store are processed by Google or Apple. Refunds for those purchases are handled under their respective refund policies — please request them through Google or Apple directly.
- Purchases made directly through our website (if offered) may be refundable as described at the point of sale and as required by applicable consumer law.
3. Your consumer rights
Where you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase (for example, under UK consumer law), that right applies. Note that for digital content delivered immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once access begins — we will make this clear before purchase.
4. Chargebacks
Requesting a bank chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in account suspension while we investigate. Please reach out to us and we'll try to resolve any billing issue quickly.
